ST-06D fat tester
ST-06 crude fat analyzer is based on soxhlet extraction principle,
with the method of weight determination to determine the fat
content.
The crude fat analyzer is of reasonable design, stable performance,
high accuracy, labor-saving and time-saving operation, and the test
results are in line with the national standard (gb6433-2006). All
the indexes and performances are up to the requirements of imported
similar products. It is an ideal equipment for fat determination in
food, grease and other industries.
Detailed introduction of the fat analyzer
According to the soxhlet extraction principle, the ST-06 crude fat
analyzer used the weight method to determine the fat content.
That is, fat is dissolved in organic solvent, fat is separated from
the solvent by extraction method, and then dried, weighed and
calculated for fat content.
It is reasonable in design, stable in performance, high in
accuracy, labor-saving and time-saving in operation, and the test
results are in line with the national standard (gb6433-2006). All
the indexes and performances are up to the requirements of imported
similar products. It is an ideal equipment for the determination of
fat in the food, grease, feed and other industries.
St-06 crude fat analyzer mainly consists of three parts: heat
extraction, solvent recovery and cooling.
During operation, the heating temperature can be adjusted according
to the reagent boiling point and the ambient temperature, and the
sample can be soaked and extracted repeatedly in the extraction
process, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid determination.
Performance features:
1, digital display temperature control, timing, when the alarm;
2, small volume, water bath heating speed is fast, good heating
uniformity;
3, all the use of ground glass joint, to avoid the use of rubber
sealing ring by ether deformation and leakage.
