SD30011 Digital Electric Furnace Carbon Residue Analyzer is
designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the
People's Republic of China Industry Standard SH / TO170 "Residual
Carbon Determination Method (Electric Furnace Method)", which is
suitable for the determination of lubricating oil and heavy quality
according to the test method specified in the SH / TO170 standard
Carbon residue from liquid fuel or other petroleum products.
Main technical features
1. The instrument adopts integrated structure design, heating
furnace and controller form a complete whole, novel and beautiful.
2. Adopt digital temperature controller, which has main heating and
auxiliary heating functions. The auxiliary heating can be
controlled automatically or manually according to needs, which is
convenient to use.
3. The temperature of the heating furnace can reach 520 ℃, and the
temperature control accuracy can reach ± 5 ℃ in the full
temperature control range, which meets the test requirements.
3. The instrument has a table-top structure. The furnace has four
holes in one furnace. Four samples can be placed at the same time
to test, and the test efficiency is high.
