SH108 Oleic acid value tester
The SH108 automatic oleic acid analyzer complies with the
requirements specified in the Chinese standards GB/T 264
"Determination of Acid Value of Petroleum Products" and GB 7599
"Determination of Oleic Acid Value of Transformer Oil and Steam
Turbine in Operation (BTB Method)". The instrument adopts a blue
LCD large screen display, Chinese menu, and unmarked buttons. ASTM
D974
Microcomputer automatic measurement, automatic printing, and
testing process achieve microcomputer automation, with intuitive
and simple operation. Using magnetic stirring, no noise, safe and
reliable, compact in size. It can meet the needs of oil refineries,
power plants, and research institutions, and is one of the
essential instruments for oil analysis and quality inspection.
Performance characteristics
● Using the principle of titration and neutralization method, under
the control of the microcomputer automatically complete liquid
injection, titration, mixing, determination of neutralization and
titration end point, LCD screen display the measurement results,
and automatically print the measurement results.The measurement
process takes seven minutes.
● Special reagent bottles are used to hold the extraction liquid
and neutralizing liquid, and the reagent is isolated from the air
during use to avoid the influence of volatilization and carbon
dioxide in the atmosphere. At the same time also play a role in
protecting the operator.
● Automatic acid value tester can choose a test of 1 ～ 3 oil
samples.
