SH0220 Quench Oil Cooling Performance Tester
The SH0220 Quenching Oil Cooling Performance Tester is designed and
manufactured strictly in accordance with the standard SH/T 0220
Heat Treatment Oil Cooling Performance Testing Method. It is used
to test the maximum cooling rate and cooling time of the cooling
performance of quenching oil and other heat treatment oils. It is
suitable for testing the maximum cooling rate, temperature at which
the maximum cooling rate is located, cooling rate at 300℃, cooling
time to 600℃, cooling time to 400℃, and cooling time to 200℃ of
water-based and oil-based cooling media under laboratory standard
conditions.
