SH106B Automatic open flash point tester
The SH106B fully automatic open flash point tester is designed and
manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the
Chinese standards GB/T 3536 and GB/T 267 "Determination of Flash
Point and Fire Point of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Open Cup
Method)". It also supports the determination of flash point of
plasticizers in accordance with GB/T1671-2008 ASTMD92 and the
"Safety Testing and Inspection Specification for Coal Mine Products
- Air Compressors" MT/T1203-2023. ISO 2592
The open flash point is mainly used to measure gasoline engine
lubricating oil, diesel engine lubricating oil, compressor oil, and
refrigerationOil, turbine oil, Gear oil, machine oil, etc
The principle of open flash point measurement is to load the sample
into the test cup to the specified mark. Firstly, increase the
temperature of the sample, then slowly raise the temperature, and
as it approaches the flash point, increase the temperature at a
constant rate. At the specified temperature interval, a small test
flame is passed horizontally through the test cup, and the lowest
temperature at which the vapor on the liquid surface is ignited by
the test flame is used as the measurement result of the open flash
point.
Instrument features

Chinese man-machine dialogue interface, no identification keyboard,
for the parameters such as pre-value temperature, sample label,
atmospheric pressure, test date, with prompt menu, oriented input
function.
● Automatically correct the influence of atmospheric pressure on
the test and calculate the correction value.
● Differential detection, automatic correction of system deviation.
● Scanning, detection and printing data are automatically
completed, and the test arm automatically rises and falls.
● Electronic ignition and forced air cooling
● Without automatic ignition of air source, improve the safety of
the test
