ST001D Liquid crystal whiteness tester
ST001D liquid crystal whiteness tester is widely used in medicine,
grain, flour, starch, paper making, printing, textile printing,
ceramic enamel, building materials, chemical industry, salt making
and other industries to measure the whiteness of objects, as well
as the opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient, light
absorption coefficient and ink absorption value of paper.
This instrument can measure the whiteness WJ of building materials
and non-metallic mineral products.
Function:
● ISO Brightness (R457 whiteness) can be measured. For fluorescent
whitening samples, the fluorescent whiteness generated by the
emission of fluorescent substances can also be measured.
● Measure the brightness stimulus value.
● Determination of opacity.
● Determination of transparency.
● Determination of light scattering coefficient and absorption
coefficient.
● Determination of blue light whiteness.
Performance characteristics:
● The appearance of the instrument is novel and compact, and the
advanced circuit design effectively ensures the accuracy and
stability of the measured data.
● The instrument simulates D65 illumination.
● The instrument adopts d/o illumination to observe geometric
conditions. The diameter of the diffusing ball is 150mm, the
diameter of the test hole is 30mm, and the light absorber is set to
eliminate the influence of specular reflection of the sample.
● Large screen and high pixel LCD module is used to display and
prompt operation steps in Chinese to display measurement and
statistical results. Friendly man-machine interface makes the
operation of the instrument simple and convenient.
● The instrument has added a printer and adopts imported thermal
printer core, without the use of ink and ribbons, no noise during
operation, fast printing speed, etc.
● The instrument has power failure protection, and the calibration
data will not be lost after power failure.
● Data communication: the instrument is equipped with network
interface and USB interface, and the user can transfer data to the
server through Ethernet TCP/IP protocol or directly connect to the
computer through USB cable (optional).
