SH201 flash evaporator gasification sampler follows GB/T3727-2003 "Determination of Trace Water in Ethylene and Propylene for Industrial Use" and GB/T 6023-2008 "Determination of Trace Water in Butadiene for Industrial Use"; The Karl Fischer Coulomb method was developed for the pretreatment of liquid hydrocarbon substances before analysis, converting liquid samples into gaseous hydrocarbon substances with equal composition, constant temperature, constant pressure, and controllable flow rate for easy analysis. The instrument adopts internationally advanced technology to manufacture and produce sensors, microcomputer technology, automatic measurement and control of gas mass flow rate, not limited by temperature and pressure, high accuracy, and good repeatability.

The instrument adopts a high-definition color touch display, which can conveniently observe the instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, and temperature of the metal bath of the gas. This sampler combined with a trace moisture analyzer can ideally measure the moisture content of various gases, especially suitable for the determination of moisture in liquid hydrocarbons.
