SH0175 Fractional Fuel Oil Oxidation Stability Tester
The SH0175 Fractional Fuel Oil Oxidation Stability Tester is
designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements
specified in the industry standard SH/T 0175 "Determination of
Fractional Fuel Oil Oxidation Stability (Accelerated Method)" of
the People's Republic of China. Applicable to the method specified
in SH/T 0175 standard for determining the inherent stability of
middle distillate fuel oil using accelerated oxidation method.
This instrument is the preferred automated instrument for testing
the oxidation stability of distillate fuel oil by oil extraction,
production, and use units, relevant universities, research
departments, etc.
Performance
● The instrument is equipped with a temperature controller to
control the water bath temperature at 95 ℃± 0.2 ℃. Users can also
adjust the temperature control meter according to their actual
needs. The workbench of the instrument has a total of 4 test baths,
which can conduct tests on 4 samples simultaneously.
● The instrument is equipped with four flow meters, which
respectively indicate the gas flow rate entering the four oxidation
tubes. The gas source used for the instrument is oxygen with a
purity of not less than 99.5%, which can be directly used from
oxygen cylinders; If it comes from the factory oxygen main, a
filter and a pressure regulator valve should be installed before
connecting this instrument. The oxygen input port is located on the
side of the instrument.
● The instrument is equipped with a timer to record the time of the
experiment, and there will be an alarm prompt when the time is up.
The instrument is equipped with a dark box for storing the
oxidation tube in the dark before placing it in the heating bath
and for cooling the oxidation tube in the dark after removing it.
